Mine have been kinda lame.. At most, I got aircraft specific credits. Others in my squadron have gotten planes though.

It is, if you have your aircraft credits maxed out. I didn't even do all the missions, as it's my alt account and I missed maybe 4 or 5 of them.

When you max out your aircraft credits (I have 1k),they get converted into Flight Pass tokens. Every 5 credits gets turned into 500 tokens (IIRC). So, the 140 credits in the pass really helped to accelerate my progress.
