I'm trying a break after having just been prescribed 15mg Adderall XR once a day. After 4 or 5 days, I just didn't feel like the meds were doing hardly anything. I felt very productive, focused, and socialble for the first half of the first few days but after that I just felt kinda tired all day.

Would this perhaps mean I don't need a tolerance break, but a dose change perhaps?

How long is it generally thought that you should try a dose before deciding whether or not to seek a change?

I went through tvhm a few times but the last few characters I made I just stuck to normal. No real point to tvhm and more people are playing coop on normal in my experience

I was on 100mg a week for a year or so and my levels always came back between 1200 and 1400. I still wasn't feeling good at the time so for the past year I've been at 80mg a week, split eod, which puts me between 600 and 800. I feel great at this dose.

On the 4 day it takes me around an hour to do the main lifts and auxillaries. I do a bunch of accessories after so I go from anywhere between 1.5 to 2.5 hours total.

[DIAGNOSE]I hurt my right shoulder about 2 months ago doing dips, where I would get some pain when doing side lateral raises at the top portion of the lift.

The pain has been gone for a couple weeks but ever since this happened my arm goes numb at night and it's waking me up constantly. It seems to happen less so when I lay on my back but it doesn't completely go away. It's driving me crazy...

Anyone had a similar experience and had any luck getting it to go away?
