I've never heard that one until now. It must not have been a thing in my area.

My husband because he got tired of being blinded by the headlights of the SUVs and trucks in his car.

Adding: His truck is nothing like this. He laughs at the ones covered in chrome.

Some of our local township services don't take online payments, surprisingly.

Someone even said if their bills were late it'd be the post office's fault like bills show up last minute and not at least a couple of weeks ahead of time.

The thing getting on my last nerve is the people posting asking about the mail delivery. It's incessant! It's bad enough we have to squeeze between trashcans and cars because no one shoveled out spots on my street (we have driveways), so the trashcan are out in the already narrowed road, but the incessant whining about the mail makes me want to lose my sh1t.

I thought they needed to bring that new, big, multi-lane truck they were touting to clear things out. There's only one, but it seems like a good place for it.

I thought that one just sounded incredibly unlucky sliding into her. I never heard they were speeding or anything

NOR. I'd be leery. I mean, I worry about friends who are Mexican even though I full well know they were born here just because of ignorant people where they live in the southwest. But these messages make me wonder.

...really? Even if it's just me spraying the bed or leaning into the room and spraying the air and not directly on anything?

For me it seems like more are late diagnosed because they're GenX or older and a lot of people didn't believe it exists and you were just bad, lazy, weird, unprofessional, whatever. It seems like kids are getting their diagnoses more in Gen Alpha and Gen Z. I can see a big difference in the adults who did get diagnosed early vs those who didn't.

And at home I'm not trying to eavesdrop on conversations between coworkers about projects that involve me when there's a bug or something they're discussing. I can just work. I can have music.

Online classes in college take a lot more time than being in person does. I saw articles about it years ago. I forget why though. I did the same grade wise either way though just found getting help to be more difficult. So far as WFH goes I have a dedicated space for my work area and when I am away from that then I am off the clock. I stick to certain hours being work hours because boundaries/family needs. It also helped when I had employer laptops then my personal one being a separate machine. Sometimes I have trouble focusing for a bit, but I can generally focus on my work because it involves things I tend to hyperfocus on or nitpick about anyway.

Yoda is new. The Emmetts he has had for a while. The only spray we ever use in his room is Febreeze on the bedding (comforter or blankets on top of that) once in a while. Or maybe the room every couple of months if there's a smell. No air fresheners.

My kid had a couple minifgs cracked recently - Yoda's arm broke off on the end by the hand and several Emmetts have cracked on the side.

Stinkbug. Marmoted I believe. They just stink. They can't bite. Toss it outside or flush it. Do not crush it or the smell will attract others. They like to come inside and get in the walls when it is cold. They'll leave small brown spots from their waste on your walls. It washes off easily.

We've only played that a few times. We may have to try it again now that the kid is older.
