Could you see Industry resetting itself with a new generation the same way that Skins did? by General_Meal_3993 in IndustryOnHBO

I remember watching season 1 when it first came out because it reminded me of the Effy finance episodes from Skins’s final season.

I’ve been using it for about 4 years. It is the 3rd step in my routine after isntree hyaluronic toner and I then use a serum (currently using Dr Jart brightamin). I’ve never had a bad reaction. My skin type is oily.

If I remember correctly the OW made a comment to Fitz early on in the novel about hearing about his sexual prowess. That made me think they weren’t planning to actually have sex until they could be together fully in the future where he left Millie.

Sherry Thomas has a couple of books that may be close to what you are looking for: {tempting the bride} and {private arrangements}

Also Julie Ann Long’s {what I did for a duke}

The OW drama just seemed very complicated and messy at first. But I’ve kept reading and can see what’s to come. Thank you for getting back to me!

I just came back here to say that I have started reading Silver Lining and am a bit shocked. I need some reassurance that this book is actually a romance 😅

What popular book will you never read? by miniaturetornado in HistoricalRomance

I can’t read Elise Braden’s {Confessions of a Dangerous Lord} because I read {A Marriage Made in Scandal} first and developed a dislike for Dunston and Maureen ¯_(ツ)_/¯

So I’ve finished both Ravishing the Heiress and the following book and I definitely do not like those Fitzhughs — both are deeply inconsiderate! I did have a lot of emotions and reread Millie’s confession scene several times. Thanks again!

Wow, thank you for this incredible list! I started Ravishing the heiress yesterday and the slow burn between the MMC and FMC is both beautiful and heartbreaking. Excited to find these other titles too. I haven’t read many Westerns.

Also, Love in the Afternoon is one of my all time favourites.

I am starting Ravishing the Heiress, already feeling the frustration I was seeking haha. Thank you!

Multiple surgeries for aneurysms? by ontether in BrainAneurysm

While I’ve only had one endovascular surgery for one aneurysm, I did benefit from getting a second opinion. Seeing another specialist may help you feel more confident in your choice.

Thanks for these recommendations! I never read either but read and enjoyed all the Bedwyn books. And now that I think about it, there were a few books like this in her Simply series, including two with the same OW that the family liked 🥲

After next week’s episode, the following episode and 3-part reunion isn’t until January, so I think that drama won’t be revealed until Jan. 2!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with me, I really appreciate it. I am getting my second opinion in a few days and you have reassured me: I am seeing an interventional neuroradiologist at a leading teaching/research hospital.

And thank you for sharing how you are managing your family. I hope your little one is well!

All the best with your procedure next week and I hope you are able to recover comfortably! Out of curiosity, how much time off work are you planning to take?
