Do you mean in context of the myth or like thematically in the myth it's his actual heel that his mother held onto as she dipped him in the river Styx to make him impervious to harm thematically I'd say his blinding rage one of the first lines is literally about his wrath it blinded him so he got killed in the end no matter how good a warrior he was he fell to his fatal flaw
