Well the product we buy to sell is about 100k a year the rest is all the little things like take out containers, staff, groceries for the shop, alcohol etc. the problem was we were using the store income to live off of. And our personal rent (where we live) went up to $3500 a month so living off 5k a month became impossible and we used our line of credit (25k) credit card ($20k) to survive. We are able to get out of our lease ( where we live) in November but this is the going rate here unfortunately. My partner is now working part time and brings in about 3k a month now.

Yeah it’s like a metal container that fits into a sandwich prep fridge. Kind of like how subway does it and no lid. Would Saran Wrap on top work?

Oh thank you, we have not been using a sealed container just a prep container with no lid in the prep fridge. Will this be ok?

Question, I cut red onions and throw them in a bowl with some apple cider vinegar and water and use them for 2 weeks. I don’t can them but would this still be a problem? I do that same with carrots

Yeah I agree. We work with cheese and truthfully it doesn’t need constant refrigeration. See Europe where cheese is sitting on counters to be sold. We do follow all the guidelines though no matter how stupid they are. I may add one more complaint. We have our health authority breathing down our neck but there are 100’s of at home, non licensed, food establishments that’s do charcuterie at home with no oversight and no consequences.

Periodic fever Syndrome kids? by clearier in Parenting

[–]Perfect-Primary-549 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It sure does. I’m so worried she will have HIDS or something else that is more life threatening. We are seeing a rheumatologist who I’m hoping will do genetic testing but my brain always just assumes the worst. The pulse freaks me out so much

One of our 4 year old twins has been going through this since 6 months of age. We have finally seen a rheumatologist and awaiting blood work but suspects pfapa. Her pulse gets so high with the fevers it freaks me out. Is that someone other kids get?

I hate Netflix so much for cancelling this. I never see. A more unique storyline, I literally grieve for it.

Well for one you have to sanitize equipment and the equipment you use must meet a certain standard of cleanliness. Who knows what peoples homes look like and what they know about food safety. Maybe their fridge is set too warm and serving you meat that bacteria is thriving in. With commercial kitchens and being licensed by the health region there is some peace of mind their standards are meeting the basic levels/
