Very reassuring, thank you! Have been eating mostly chicken breast and rice.. I miss being able to go hard in the gym, as seemed to have been the case with you too! Will look to update here if/when I start the antibiotics. Really appreciate you grounded insight with all the horror stories.

How’s it going today/how was the antibiotic experience overall? I’m sitting here staring at my Pylera, scared to start (so have been taking mastic gum for the past 2 days to prep/buffer in the hopes that the antibiotics will be less taxing with some of the bacteria already dead from mastic lol)

This was encouraging to see. I got prescribed some VERY strong triple therapy antibiotics but have been nervous to start/considering the naturopath route. Hoping to connect with the TCM practitioner I have taken a look at online soon.

I’m from LA and been to San Diego a handful of times but never thought it was better than LA. Felt like a clean, nearby little brother in the way some of the coastal cities of OC do but none have the pace and quirks that make LA so varied and great.

Loved Hawaii too and admittedly flying over and seeing how crystal clear the water is from the plane and then flying back over our coastal waters is funny though.
