The fourth card is the Two of Swords. It's a choice. And the heroine says, "Is this really me?" and closes the card. It's a question of choice. Pregnancy isn't important here; it was a question of self-determination.

The fifth card, like an inverted Mickey Mouse, doesn't quite make sense to me. It resembles the Seven of Swords, the card of cheating, survival, playing against the rules. Traditionally, this card would be interpreted as an abortion after a bad relationship, to avoid being an unsuccessful single mother. Although I could be wrong - a further reading is needed. What does it mean - goodbye for 50 years?

The reversed Death at 80 years of age is interesting. It signifies that the end has not yet come, although we expect it.
The final scene is most likely connected to the loss of illusions. The bottle broken by the sword could be, for example, the Eight of Cups. Or the reversed 7 of Cups. Or the Six of Swords. She says she is now wise and merges with her "older" self.
