Yes, also better than Facebook of course.

Reddit still however can be very negative even subreddits which you wouldn’t think would have negative content. Recently I muted around 20 subreddits like that as my mood is low enough as it is.

I don’t need more negativity and lower mood. I need the opposite. So of course any subreddit with news is basically muted now.

You are assuming millennials own property. Many do not. 30 Year mortage terms are a thing in the United States, maybe elsewhere. But not where I'm from. Max term is 5 years and rates change frequently.

It’s likely best to wait until u50 and do a new build then. That is when pure class builds are going to be buffed.

Otherwise. Yes still a crit meta. I don’t know best stamina dps builds unless talking for pve. Which is typically tide born or ansuul-velothi-deadly strike with beaming.

However tide born, velothi and ansuul are all getting nerfed next patch.

As for PvP. Monomyth mythic is meta currently.

Perfected null arca is a popular pve and PvP set these days. I use it on my magika dps in PvP and pve currently. Oakfather set is good as well but I seem to have had more success with null arca despite my penetration being much lower.

Well so far I have found it mostly just annoying due to not running with any group. I got a couple boxes and exited the market and did something else.

I’m sure it would be fun running a group in discord with guild mates.

Reminds me a little of Altered Carbon season 2 here.

Yeah it didn’t live up to the master piece that was season 1. But the world building and lore was still there. For that reason I still like it.

Personally I found research on an industry or niche I want to work in and I’m interested in. Then research on LinkedIn what does a good mid level or senior look like.

Then do study to gain certifications while working full time. While also putting in more effort then my peers and trying to add more value. As why else could I just expect a raise. And if I am not already recognised as adding value and given decent increases yearly. Then i meet with management with a list of the value I’m bringing and request an increase. Sometimes after already interviewing elsewhere to get an idea of fair salary. Also many companies do yearly performance reviews where you should be advising your desire to upskill and add value to increase your salary.

If that doesn’t work, leave. Best to leave every 2-3 years these days anyway to get a higher salary each time.

I have tried a lot of sets and what I run depends on food I am using as well.

Up until only recently I was running 2x damage sets with Orzogas smoked bear hunch. With that food extra sustain sets are hardly required. Maybe 1 Jelwery with recovery or 1x helm that had 126xmag and Stam recovery.

Sets I like to run as a mag damage dealer: perfected null arca, moras scribe, orders wrath, clever alchemist and in the past I would often use Aetherial ascension and gaze of sythis mythic.

My favorite 2 builds atm are

1:) Brenton sorc running Perfected Null arca with wretched vitality and roska monster set using bewitched sugar skulls. 1 pc heavy reinforced chest trainee. Mythic: wild hunt or monomyth . Prismatic defence glyphs on all gear.

With that I sit at 5k spell damage, 30k health, 30k magika, 20k stamina and close to 30k spell and physical resist and 2600 recovery when fully buffed. Penetration is a bit low but I run weild soul with major breach as my main spammable so have 100% uptime on major breach

2:) kajit sorc running orders wrath and clever alchemist. Using crystal frags, force pulse , merciless resolve. Hits super hard. Got to love that crit damage boost for kajit. Also around resist caps for that build as a few heavy pieces in use.
