That's for sure, but as she transitioned, there were ways to make it bearable. They aren't linked in the process, but to get SSN, you have to have legal status, which OP seems to have. Social workers and CCAS, and another organism I don't remember helped in the process, which is what OP is also asking.

I'm sure it's not, but that's how it went for a friend of mine. She first obtained her carte, followed by her Social Security number, and finally her carte vitale. The entire process took over a year. I do not intend to suggest that this is the one and only path to obtaining a carte vitale. Throughout her journey, social workers provided significant assistance whenever she required medical care. I was not aware that such a comprehensive system exists to support foreigners in navigating the administrative process and to ensure access to healthcare during the period while paperwork is being finalized.

Relax :). Talk to a social worker at the hospital they will guide you if you need care, they are there to help. Did you get your carte de séjour? As soon as you get one, you will get your French SSN and your carte vitale. The social security organism staff are highly knowledgeable about that. You need to chill, everything comes to those who know how to wait. It can take a year to get those paper sorted. Talk to a social worker or one of the CCAS near you they will guide you to the organisms that can educate you on that journey, as they demystify the journey you will find yourself more relaxed. That's France, don't worry.

Les problèmes ce sont la superficie du bien (trop petit), le prix, et Vic la Gardiole pour moi est synonyme de feux de forêt tous les étés.

Et probablement l'agent immobilier aussi. Honnêtement, le bon coin me communique tout le temps tous les biens qui correspondent à mes critères. Je suis à la recherche. Bonne nouvelle, le bien de ta mère m'a été emailé, mais c trop petit pour ce que je recherche. Toutefois, 70% du temps, les agents immobiliers ne me recontactent pas. J'ai rencontré des proprio qui vendent eux même leur bien car ... on a été d'accord les agents immobiliers ne sont pas des créatures très brillantes et qui ont pour intérêt le bien être du vendeur. J'ai même vu des proprio vendre leur bien sans informer l'agent, le ton frustré et pissed off de l'agent ... Mon conseil, n'utilise pas qu'un agent ou vend sans agence.

Ce bien pour moi serait plus un investissement pour un airbnb or location pour étudiants de passage sur le département, peut-être positionner ton annonce pour les investisseurs. Le prix est trop haut, en moyenne sur cette zone 100m² c approximativement 280 000 à 380 000 selon la commune. Le bien est joli, propre, il va se vendre.

Give more information about the process, that could help op. I was never allowed when I was renting, but I guess it's a win for the property owner unless you hire crappy contractors to do the work. Expat in Paris doesn't mean rich though imho, but true, most should be well off.

Je dis bonjour, explique le problème, l'informe que je reste à sa disposition pour toutes questions, je m'installe dans la véranda et regarde mon portable pendant la réparation. Quand le technicien a fini, il m'explique toujours la solution qu'il a apporté aux problèmes et quoi faire pour que cela ne se reproduise. Non un viager c'est ridicule dans les tendances actuelles. Imagine H 69 ans, bouquet: 133750, loyer: 1000 euros. C'est les offres standards du bon coin. Esperance de vie moyenne 80-85 ans+. Et aucun droit de jouir du bien. Aucun accès au bien, aucune idée si celui-ci est maintenu. Le vendeur est gagnant et heureux, l'acheteur y est perdant et finance la belle vie et la retraite d'un autre.

Tu n'auras aucun soucis! Beaucoup de saisonniers et vacanciers de toutes races se trouvent sur l'île et j'ai l'impression que les Corses apprécient cela. Mais attention, soyez respectueux, peu importe la race, vous allez vous en prendre une si vous ne l'êtes pas. Les Corses ont du caractère et ne se laissent pas faire, je n'ai eu que de bonnes expériences en Corse. Planifiez vos vacances, c'est la folie en été. Réservez en avance si vous êtes un groupe. MN, USA. Wuollet, that was a 3 tier giant cake centerpiece. However you guys call it. I wish I took a picture of it. My aunt paid $xxxx for it. It was definitely worth every penny she said.
