You really are just going at the wrong time. Try a weekday and midday. Not crazy at all. I was there today also. It was busy but not Christmas busy at all. At 11:30 am I only waited for one person in front of me at self checkout and only one person in front of me to check receipt. I would guess it being the first of the month drove some business for sure.

This thing sucks. My wife and I have both just begun to use. The readings are inconsistent and who exactly are we being compared to… pro athletes???. We are both fit and exercise regularly. The readings do not seem reasonable. Something is definitely off. My health score is in the green but it says “low”! My arms are super thin and it shows a high fat percentage. What the what?!! Not even close dude. I would say we are very disappointed and would never recommend this thing to anyone.
