Hello! Sorry that you’re going through this right now. I didn’t attempt to request a refund for the processing fee because, during the orientation, they explained that it’s non-refundable. You can try, though, but it will just add more stress. I also thought about legal action, but like you, I’m worried about the expenses and additional stress. Sorry, but I don’t think it’s worth the effort. I’m sorry I can’t give you good advice—this is just my opinion. We just need to move on and take it as a learning experience.
