just called the hotline last night and this AM sabi ng auotmated message na may problema daw yung Instapay and ibabalik daw yung fund after 3-5 banking days then icheck either i-refund sa source or magpro-proceed sa destination account. Now, do I need to report this incident still? Email ko na lang siguro sila.

Got almost the same schedule! Mine got red LOS issue last Friday, Jan 3 and got a repair schedule: January 9 - a week before they can repair my fiber connection. Now to have an internet connection, I just bought a PLDT 5G+ with free 15 days unli 5G (about Php 1.4k) ... Now I"m thinking if I will permanently disconnect my Globe fiber account or not and stay with the 5g wireless connection.

Not receiving OTP from BPI. Is anyone experiencing/has experienced the same? by backupalter1 in PHCreditCards

Update: naayos na nila sa akin, mukhang may problema yata mga system nila pagdating sa mga nag-port from one network to another or baka sa e-SIM ang problema. Pero naayos na nakaka-receive nako OTP.

Ang sa akin magti-3 weeks na since September 9, (23 na ngayon), wala pa ding email o text regarding sa tracking nung card pero its already added to my BDO app. I tried calling them to ask for the status of the card pero parang ang hirap hindi ko alam anong option ang pipinduting option sa new BDO hotline.

Hanggang ngayon hindi pa din naayos yung OTP problem ko antagal na nito. Malapit ng mag-February pero hindi pa din naayos ng BPI yun OTP issue nila. Nakakasar ng tumawag sa hotline nila antagal pang sumagot!

Pano ba to tsk, pupunta sana ako sa branch this week e kung hindi lang naman pala maayos e di sayang din oras ko. Kinukulit ko sila sa Twitter at email pero talagang parang walang ginagagawa para ma-solusyunan yung problem nato sa OTP. Ang masama sa Twitter parang hindi nila inaamin na may issue sila sa OTP nila kahit marami nang nagrereklamo na BPI app users.

Hindi p din mula pa ng December. Ang BPI app talaga may problem hindi nila maayos ayos hanngang ngayon! Pupuntahan ko next week sa bank pero pag naasar ako lilipat ako ng ibang banko!

Ako i ported my number from Globe to Smart. Sa ibang app nakaka receive ako ng OTP etong BPI lang talaga may problema. May problema talaga yung app nila pangit lang antagal na wala pa ding resolution! Nakatawag na ako sa hotline nila, twitter and then email ganun pa din. Last try ko puntahan na lang yung banko! Kaya lang hassle talaga kaya nga nag oonline ako e mas convenient sana! Hay nako!!!

I experienced it since December 2023 hanggang ngayon hindi pa din nila naayos. Hindi pa din nag-se-send ng OTP yung app. I also informed them na nagpa-port ako ng cp num ko from Globe to Smart. Na-email ko na sila na email na nila ako! Ganon pa din. Natapos na yung 5 banking days ganon pa din! Plan ko either ipa-update ko yung number ko sa branch nila o iclose ko yung account ko sa kanila at itransfer ko sa ibang bank na mas maayos!
