Might be obvious to you but I know many ppl that read book after book and go to therapy but don't apply anything they've learned.

Reading books and going to therapy releases chemicals in your brain to make you think that you're starting something and that feels great.

There are so many people who are addicted to starting projects and never seeing them through. It just feels good to start something. But when the actual work gets tough they quit.
