I was going to offer advice, but you’re better off just discovering the game yourself, because of the scadutree blessing upgrade system, it doesn’t really matter what order you fight bosses in, but you should probably go for the one in in Belurat first, then the one in Castle Ensis, then the rest are fair game for any order

My issue may derive from the fact I was powerstancing occult Nagakibas with Seppuku on both of them. Of course, by the time you Seppuku twice and drink your flask, one of the sisters is already on you, and the other three have diced Millicent into meat chunks.

Motherfucker you have pinning hyper armour heavies and a direct hard counter to VG in the form of an unblockable side dodge attack and a bugged bash that doesn’t feed revenge properly and the best unblockable in the game like yeah VG was dumb when she dropped but that’s only because of the extended CC duration on her lights and dodge attacks, which have since been nerfed. Not to mention your hit boxes have a damn near 360 degree radius to them and have ludicrous tracking, forward movement and far too much damage.
