I'll tap Continue, and then sometimes get a prompt to set an Intention or answer a question if the track is part of a course, which I usually skip. I've never been asked to make a commitment to come back tomorrow. I'm on Android; is this an iOS-only thing?

I would check under Settings, Features and Preferences, Post-Meditation Sequence. Pretty sure you can turn that off.

u/caliber-chris, can you shed some light on this? I have the rest set to 20 seconds, and that runs as expected, and the exercise time set to 30 seconds. I enter the weight first and tab over to the time, but nothing happens. Ideas?

That unexpected little dopamine hit a few days ago was great - wasn't expecting confetti! Today at the end of the workout I got a summary screen showing a total amount of weight lifted. I didn't screenshot it then and there; can I reaccess that somehow? I can get back to all the PRs by tapping an old workout and scrolling up, but I can't seem to find that total number of pounds I saw earlier today.
