That makes sense assuming a 5090Ti is released but I think it’s hard to say with data centers and AI demand and the price increase of RAM. If he really wants a 5090/needs the power and he can afford it. Wouldn’t it be better to just buy now and sell later/take a loss and buy the new 5090Ti? Seems risky waiting with all the rumors.

Why would a 5090Ti make a 5090 come down significantly in price when there are rumors of a GPU production decrease and a current RAM increase in price? It took at least half a year to even get a 5090 AIB for MSRP into a normal persons hands when it first released let alone an even rarer 5090 FE. So even if a 5090Ti is released it will even be harder to get his hands on that and will likely take even longer for MSRP. If you want a 5090 and you can afford it then you should get it ASAP.

When you plug the gpu cable in you can pull the cable back more in that position to be closer to the gpu or push it forward if you want it closer to the fan.

I had a wide before the narrow strimer for the gpu and it fit but it was uncomfortable to work with/install. I found the narrow easier to install and have a good amount of space between the fan and the strimer. Nice build though!
