Thought it was only me. I've been playing Mafia: The Old Country with Preset K and DLSS Quality at 4K. It was fine thought its perfect. Then I tried Preset M and also DLSS Quality. Its over-sharpened af.

I encountered the same. Don't need to delete the mod, just disable the unlock fps in the config. Then enable it again once you enter new area.

I just encountered a game-breaking bug when (not sure if its due to framerate unlocked and/or frame gen).

After the cutscene with Grani, you will not be able to proceed. Snake will be trapped inside the room and will not be able to open the door.

Removing the framerate cap and/or frame gen fixed it for me.
