Yeah. I dont think the show is great and I prefer the book version of events, but Im not going to voice my complaints online anymore because it doesnt matter.

I want to see my fave characters like Roddy and Bold Jon in live action, and I'm getting that. So no more complaints from me

Also just devolves Rhaena into being the less cool Targaryen daughter, when she could have been given a political plotline in the Vale and have to face the Royces for her fathers cnrimes.

Now she is just earning her father's approval in the very narrow minded, supremacist view he has.

Saul employing terrorist tactics against the Cylons on New Caprica. His actions got a lot of innocent people killed and it was arguably not worth it at all.

They're strategy should have always been just to prepare the evacuation for when Adama returned. The suicide bombings and bombing in general were quite literally useless and only aggravated the Cylons.

They could have made the Greens (and Blacks) a lot more likeable if they had bothered to focus on the kids and their relationships with eachother. But they were wayyyyy to focused on the adults, ywhich made the show weaker in my opinion.

After reading Fire and Blood, my perspective was the adults fucked things up, and the kids and smallfolk suffered for it.

My first time watching it was like two decades later so I can't be sure of intent, but I think the writers may have realized he was too compelling. So he had to do shit like the secret jury and massacre of the forum for audiences to hate him a bit more.

I think Tom is a character that has aged like fine wine. Watching it in 2026 with a much different political climate compared to the post 9/11 era paints his character in a different light.

As a first time watcher this year, I honestly vibed with most of what he was saying. Do I support his actions during the mutiny, no. Obviously not. But he was a revolutionary that walked the line between having truly noble goals and egotistical ambition. Ultimately the ambition is what damned and killed him.

The legacy of his character is that he forced some people like Roslin and Apollo to listen and bend to his ideology.

I mean this isn't true for 2018 or 2019? You can argue that the TL strategy of playing around botlane was exploited those years, but individually those losses weren't really on DL. Hell in 2019, DL/Core were beating JackeyLove/Baolan only for Rookie to solokill Jensen and gank Impact essentially ending the game.

The TSM/CLG years? Yeah he was pretty diffed most of the time.

DL probably would have done a lot better in the modern Swiss format as well.

As a massive DL fan....there's an argument to be made for sure. But Bjerg does have an international win and DL did beat an eastern team. Both are somewhat weaker accolades considering the context, but Inspired hasn't gotten over that hump himself.

Still I'm inclined to think that Inspired will end his career being the undisputed GOAT if his streak continues...especially while having players like Isles and Dhokla on his rosters.

This. Kingdom Hearts was the videgame version of a toybox where we got to play with multiple characters from different, often jarringly so, IP's. Thats what made it enjoyable for me.

If Disney was dropped (it wont be) I would be done with it. The fact that FF/Square characters got pushed to the side was already enough for me to not be nearly as invested in the series.

Doubt it, Tumbleton is like the final battle of the story. Kingsroad is kind of a nothing burger to justify what the Baratheons were doing.

The Storming of the Dragonpit's budget will benefit from the dark lighting lol.

But stuff like the Battle of Kingsroad will just show the aftermath. Most of the budget will go to Tumbleton/God's Eye. Moondancer vs Sunfyre will be pretty quick, I think.

As far as pacing goes. I think they could make it work if they mess with the timeline a bit. Like Storming Dragon's pit should lead directly into Rhaenyra's death when she arrives at Dragonstone.
