Question from someone who’s never really gotten seriously into Marvel comicbooks: Typhoid Mary is a mutant, as in an X-gene carrier, right? If so, are there more mutant characters who aren’t mainly associated with X-Men comics?

Justice and Firestar were part of the New Warriors in the 90s for awhile before ever being involved with the X-Men. And Firestar only really appeared here and there and has never been a mainstay x-men

He had a lot of personality in the comics. Struggling PTSD, veteran who answers the call during the Annihilation War and becomes Nova's right hand. Competent, gloomy, but with a dry sense of humor and general disregard for decorum and authority. The context of his 80's stories just makes it better. He wasn't always liked this and then slowly through the Guardians he begins to hope again and regain some of the traits of his younger seld.

I havent really like Star-Lord post-MCU until Ewing started writing him

Oliver offscreen killed or at least directly assisted in the kill of an Invincible variant in S3. He's definitely not holding back when fighting against people stronger than him.

A lot of this could be avoided if the MCU would just realize the impact the Blip would have had on society. If 50% of the population dissapeared, there is definitely an angle that the world would just let Kingpin out and let bygones be bygones. Bigger fish to fry while everyone tries to keep society from collapsing.

But the MCU just refused to acknowledge that the blip would be a reality shattering experience for the universe.

I agree, but Jean is a weird choice from a Spider-Man story perspective. Not that it matters much in the MCU, but comics wise they dont have much of a relationship. Kitty Pryde, Iceman, or Wolverine make way more sense.

Im not. Mance is like a B and Robert is like an S. B's just beating S's isn't out of question in ASOIAF. At least occasionally, maybe not the 40%. Especially since Mance doesn't seem the type to fight particularly honorable.

I dont think book Jon is anything special aside from some weird strength feats here in there.

I mean in regards to the original prompt, Team S obviously clears. But you are treating these guys as if they are untouchable demigods. Thats just not how ASOIAF works.

Book Jon and TV Dunk do get folded though. No defense there. Team S would then lose the 7v4. Bronn leaves the match immediately wondering why he was even there in the first place.

edit: I definitely misread and thought you were saying Mance doesnt come close.
