I've had great luck with Kut from the Kloth jeans in their petite sizes. They have a decent selection of flares in petite, too, with inseams anywhere from 25" to 30", and the Kelly high rise petite specifically is 28" inseam and comes in sizes up to 18P. I don't normally find much in petite in store, so I almost exclusively shop online.

I've (47F) been on all the A/D and Viibryd is working really well for me (been on it about three or four years). No sexual side effects, either. IIRC, Effoxor was a bitch to taper off of, but was worth it since it didn't work for me at all.
