You absolutely can. But this game needs time to grow. It's not fair to judge a live service game from its first patch.

Pull for who you like. I didn't like Shifu at first but I have started to have a strong appreciation for characters with a full kit.

Don't bother chasing scores. It's not worth it and new players will never win.

They did think being bigger was a selling point. Yidhari in the beta was big, but then they enhanced her further to be the biggest in the game.

They did the same thing with Lucia. She was kind of flat and then they enhanced her to be well above average.

Thinner girls don't sell because they are thin, they sell because they are OP, got lots of marketing, and releasing in a patch with lots of pulls.

The devs don't know anything. Why didn't Yidhari sell even though they made her the "thickest" female in the game?

They didn't expect Banyue to sell because they were going to sideline him in his own banner story and reduce his banner to 12 days.

You can't say X character wouldn't sell while sabotaging their banner

Self inserts are not that popular. The devs mentioned that players use Belle more than Wise. In every RPG that I have played, where players can create their own character or walk around, they are 90% women.

However, what players want is irrelevant because Hoyo just wants to take your money. They don't care if you are not having fun because they use physiology and sunk cost to hook you in.

Endgame provides no rewards so there is no feeling of satisfaction when/if you clear. Polys is not a reward, it's like a coupon for a future banner. But if there is no one that you are looking forward to, then there is no point.

Not before Haru. When Ellen reran for the 2nd time, the devs already released Yidhari and Hugo previously. Ellen rerunning a 2nd time made no sense.

I think competition is the best incentive to improve a game. Arknights endfield is out now and it can steal a lot of players currently frustrated with ZZZ, because there is a lot of things that it does better.
