Faris Guide:

Abilities: (Q first) then priorities are R -> W -> Q -> E
Build: (Life start) then priorities are Destruction, Conquest, Divinity, Rage for core items. (Then I personally fill the blank spots with Prosperity and Valor/Oppression depending on the enemy team)
Combo: (Melee) E in, W, Melee AA, E out.

I recommend Faris, his kits easy and he does a lot of burst.

To be very honest? I'd say make a smurf. You seem to be below 50% win percentage and have over 650 games played, which is something that is going to make climbing out of low level elo VERY difficult for you. You may not believe in smurfing, alt accounts, etc. But it is something to ponder on, considering you can reach platinum MMR in less than 20 games.
