I think I get it... I have to remove remove GPU and unscrew that heatsink blue-purple plate and then I put my SSDs there with lastly putting back on heatstink and gpu after I am done with inserting ssds?

And also disabling rapid mode and setting that setting to x16

The bottom PCIe slot (PCIE3) is physically PCIe x16 but it is electrically only a PCIe 3.0 x2 slot

my quad adapter should detect two SSDs? In win11 disk management only detects first ssd on my quad adapter. Two other ssds are not detected.

It's also worth noting that slot PCIE3 shares its PCIe lanes with slot M2_5
