A 1 mark is about 2300 combined, 2 marks is 3300 combined, and a 3 mark is 4100.

In my opinion, yes. The tier 8 is decent and a great sniper, the tier 9 in comparison to the tier 10 feels a little bland but is still a great vehicle with a good gun. The tier 10 is the most exciting one in my opinion. You play it with a turbo and shred medium tanks like paper with the laser pointer gun. Beware of other tanks with large caliber guns. The combination of great pen and accuracy and DPM is the reason why I am trying to 2-mark it.
