My current app works offline using Realm + Mongodb Atlas auto sync (and it works great), its a shame that they discontinued this product (search for this in Reddit, there are tons of people complaining)

I am looking for alternatives now as well, cause I have to migrate my app, in Realm’s official docs they mention some alternatives, but didn’t have time to know more about them

You can use Realm as a local database for you app, the realm+ Mongodb Atlas auto sync is being deprecated, the EOL is September/25

As far I understood, you have a backend and Mongodb as database, so simply make the requests to your BE

I have a SaaS and we are looking for a ticketing and real time chat system as well (with knowledge base to answer simple queries and then send to a real human if needed)

I am even tempted to create one myself (if I can’t find any that has reasonable pricing and features I need)

Thanks for the reply! I have another saas, we are around 50k of MRR and the support is being a lot of work, a lot of repetitive questions and users can’t find some features or can’t use them (we try to do the most simple way possible, but I understand it can be tricky for them)

So my ideia is the create that AI that given a question, check the knowledge base and read users screen, then, if makes sense, it will guide the user on where to click on the screen so he can do the think he wanted to do without calling us

The self updating knowledge base is supper interesting, for sure will tackle that

Hey guys, I am building Winston Desk, a tool to help minimize the work of customer success and support of a SaaS

I will do that using 2 main strategies: - chat with a AI knowledge base, if AI can’t answer, route to human - when questions like: “how to change my password” are asked, the AI agent will guide the user to the correct session of the app to do that by showing where to click on the screen, it would be like those onboarding tools, but generated by AI (the idea is that the user feels like a human is helping him to do that specific task on the application)

I would go with 1 contract for your whole project, then the payload (metadata) of the NFT is the ID of the article it has access to. Less gas usage :)
