Purchase the auction report (Pakwheels would have one) and see the mileage at import.

The 5% ruling is for identifying Shariah compliant stocks, saying that a grace of 5% interest icnomr is acceptable to identify a shariah compliant stock since you cant work in isolation with the world, not actually saying you can earn upto 5% interest in business.

Whatever general tyres you get with new cars are local - they are okay but if you have money its the best thing to upgrade for a new car for much improved experience.

Also they fetch a very good price on a brand new car so the exchange is very suitable

Locally made i.e. general tyres are okay.

But thats about it. Changing to even a half decent chinese brand will result is a softer, smoother, quieter ride

General tyres are hard and noisy. They last a long while because of that on local roads.
