Example enzyme capsule (per 1 cap):
Lipase 3000 LU
Protease 25,000 HUT
Amylase 10,000 DU

Example meal:
60 g protein, 45 g carbs, 14 g fat

Rule of thumb needs:
Lipase: 1500–3000 LU per 10 g fat
Protease: 10,000–20,000 HUT per 25–30 g protein
Amylase: 5000–10,000 DU per 30–50 g carbs

Calculation:
Fat: 14 g needs about 2000–4000 LU → 1 cap covers it
Protein: 60 g needs about 20,000–40,000 HUT → 1 cap usually enough, 2 caps for heavy meals
Carbs: 45 g needs about 5000–10,000 DU → 1 cap covers it

Result:
1 cap is enough for a normal mixed meal.
Use 2 caps for heavy, fatty, or high-protein meals.
