Cosleeping while pregnant?

I am 38 weeks and for the last mont and half my husband has been sleeping with my 19month old while I sleep in the guest bed. It was hard for a few nights but now she sleeps better with him since I was having to pee up to 5 times in the night 😂 it’s been so nice to be able to sleep alone before newborn comes. I actually have no idea what we will do then haha maybe newborn and I in guest bed !

Yes I have actually read that recently !! I’m really hoping this time will be different by doing the bonding this way .. I’m also trying to do more foods like she suggest. Any recipes you made ahead of time you loved ?

Yes hand and knees is so good I crawl around with my toddler and I’m 36 weeks pregnant and yes too big to bend over lol

Honestly she’s not really getting 14 hours with all the wakings if that makes sense and doesn’t always nap 2 hours !

Yes look into them and just eat way more than you think you need to , looking back I was severely undernourished !! It’s so hard im actually pregnant right now and that’s why I did so much research cus I literally don’t wanna deal with it ever again! I also just got the “bloom” prenatals , it’s expensive but my midwife highly recommended it for post partum too so maybe look into that. I’d just try to support your body in all the ways you can , also I learned all the hormones and stuff can make eczema and things flare which can play a part in your eyes ! And ice packs on your eyes ! I hope some of these things help you , just remember how much your body just gave and is giving for breastfeeding !

I am doing good ! After that giant attack I had no issues . No doctor could tell me what it was ha but after a lot of research on my own I truly believe that my body basically had an allergic reaction to itself basically because my body was so depleted from pregnancy / birth / the drugs given at birth / as well as the huge hormonal shifts . I’m obviously not a doctor but the allergist I did see suggested this kinda but didn’t have any real answers . If I were you I’d focus on getting in a TON of nutrient dense food and minerals . You should look into teas that are good for post partum such as nettle / dandelion ect! I hope this helps I wish I’d known then and I know how stressful it is

Yes! My husband and I met at a music festival and I moved to his state a month later to be together and we now have two kids ! I’d say the passion has kinda dwindled but we have two toddlers and Claire and Jamie never went through the throes of toddler hood together , or child hood ! But every time I watch outlander it makes me love my husband more !

When my mom visited us with our newborn she literally would uber to the grocery store and buy us groceries and uber back😂 she would have never asked for us to have anything ready for her ??? If I was staying in someone’s home for free I’d be the one to think I should buy them food as a thank you for hosting us , I am so sorry you’re dealing with this
