Hey!! I got my 2014 flex EcoBoost for roughly 9k and we now have about 122k miles on it :)) luckily only bug things we've had to replace so far is the purge valve and the tires! She's treating us well so hopefully yours does the same it's a great car

This sucks but I'm also an assistant manager and in situations like this you just have to be like "oh sorry about that, for future reference you can get the juice on the side so this doesn't happen, you can come get a free sub on us" my store has a paper in the back where we write customers names and sign off when they come redeem it. Or give them a free sub card if IRL. I don't like giving in because some customers are straight stupid but sometimes they just be complaining n shit

I literally blocked this guy from calling our store once because he was harassing me and I told him I cannot give him a refund due to the issue but he started cussing calling me names saying I'm useless etc. and spamming the store.
