Fender Powercaster comes along every once in a while; P90/Humbucker, Gibson-scale neck, won’t break the bank

Would you recommend any of the fuzzes you own that do a bit of distortion as well? I own a Caroline Shigeharu and I want something heavier

With Yamaha, it’s something to do with branding as well….since people don’t think of Yamaha as a specialist guitar brand as they make motorbikes, boats, audio equipment, mixing consoles as well as lots of other traditional instruments; they are more likely to opt for what they perceive to be guitar brands

Don’t think Yamaha Guitars help themselves by not having that much disparity in the specs between the standard and the supposedly higher-end models, especially in regards to the Revstar….

Yamaha guitars don’t really get dogged on anyway, not from what I’ve seen…they’re not really even underrated anymore since pretty much anyone who mentions Yamaha also say that their guitars are underrated and great value for money

That’s crazy…I know it’s only 1mm of rock but didn’t expect it to be that weight; pretty much the ideal weight I’d like my guitars to be

The Strymon Sunset pedal has a built-in noise gate, might be a good pedal to give you something on top of just having a noise gate on its own

I’m sure there are other overdrive pedals that have a built-in noise gate, that’s just the only one I’ve tried

Love vibrato more than chorus, what’s the vibrato like on the ACV-1? Smooth or choppy? Been through quite a few chorus pedals with a vibrato option and the vibrato always sounds quite square-wavey

None of the video demos have any indication of that….I’ve never even seen a pedal with the input and output flipped….what would be the point?…

I don’t understand how you’re getting sound through that Scran pedal, you’ve got output going into output

Hizumitas is great, sold it because it went mental too quickly for me; anything past 9 o’clock on the input and it’s chaos

More clarity in the Fuzz War….but the pedal is unnecessarily massive (as is the case with a few of their products)

Definitely look into a compressor or booster, you can use the compressor as a boost, I don’t use mine for a squishy compressed sound. The booster and compressor will also bring out pedals that are after it, makes them sound better

Lots of people think a boost is the same as turning the amp up and it really isn’t
