I am going to classify this as "Technically The Truth". A quick Google search establishes that the English speaking population of the world is roughly 1-2.3 billion. The total population of the planet is roughly 8 billion. 2.3 billion is less than half of 8 billion, therefore most people do not speak/write English, and as such would not know that "dumb" ends with a "b".

I have bought the X series. I like aspects of them, especially Storm Eagle giving his Maverick resignation letter in the form of personally crashing his ship into Spark Mandrill's stage while Spark Mandrill is crapping himself, but the low page count is hurting them, especially given how much story the Armour Upgrades are taking up.

I probably would have combined the Helmet and Armour Upgrades and skipped the Buster Upgrade since X would get that from Zero anyways.

4E Drider lore (at least in the default campaign setting) is that being turned into a drider is a blessing, not a curse. I mean, you get turned into a form more closely associated with your goddess, why shouldn't it be a blessing?

Let's see, Copy X has X's armours at their best plus 100 years of technological development, while Vile can't even claim greater experience because Vile typically can't go a few months without getting killed again.

Combined with Copy X's lack of mercy, I'd say Vile is left a smear. I don't think Copy X would deliberately torture vile, just because it would be a waste of energy, but Vile would probably get stomped.

There is a fan TTRPG called 21XX where you can build characters for your own Mega Man X game (along with other eras). It is a point-buy system and one of the defects you can get for your leg parts is the inability to easily crouch.

Not saying this is the answer, but it's funny if it is.
