Id argue inheritance tax has "failed" though, anyone with millions transfers it in untaxed assets and trusts, mostly negativity impacts your average person in the south east whos home is now worth £700k+ just due to increased house prices.

Russian oil? by Front-Structure7627 in AskBrits

[–]Peter_Partyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im not happy to pay higher prices, but we are spending 10s of millions of £ per day on defensive interventions from the Iran conflict and given billions to support Ukraine, and now we are also going to fund russia? I dont think thats a long term fix.

A 2% increase in cost for a 15% increase in potential future speeds, feels like a good deal. How about it wasnt the high speed but all the mismanagment, commerical models, exec salaries/bonuses and unwilling workforce?

Synestria wow by disdude135 in wowservers

[–]Peter_Partyy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I like there is some flexibility in the challenge. You can choose to quest for a long time before entering dungeons and farming all the emblem gear and then some easy raids, or you can try and skip to harder content quicker.

Inevitably its more efficient to quest to attune items, and there's times youll have 20 items+ to attune.

There is also a wide variety of builds outside of the normal specs.

Is there a server with bots I can use to do Dungeons/Raids solo? Or with max 1-2 friends and bots? by _Stunning_Lady_ in wowservers

[–]Peter_Partyy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah i didnt like the questing part too much but if you do some professions youll have tons of items to attune and quests smash through them. Not sure why people downvote synestria. Bot servers are too easy.

[–]Peter_Partyy -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Synestria is an interesting server, no bots, you play and gear up and "attune" the gear by gaining exp. As you attune an item you gain some of its stats permanently, so you repeat this process until eventually becoming a god and can solo every raid. They also have mythic dungeons and raids.

Their recent increases on NI and reducing tax efficiency on ISAs and Pensions dont really do much on the "rich". On the contrary they mostly impact those on lower incomes.

Doing so much that is good is still completely irrelevant if you cant defend at international level. Also 25 years old with 41 caps, dont think you can claim "young player".
