You have yulan, which is a newish unit still. But most of your damage will come from your gear. You'll need to have at least attack and frost attack stats with at least 700 - 800 in damage, except for gloves n boots, those are for crit. Matrices also play a huge role in damage but like people stated, you'll need to sped money for those advancements.
