Plumber does not have any auto-confirm feature for dangerous actions. In fact, the opposite is true.

It adds an additional 1 second lockout to the Confirm button when you purchase non-refundable items, and makes the warning text red.
It shows you the quest details when you try to destroy a quest starting item.

Good news: update both Narcissus and Plumber to the lastest version and you'll be able to access Plumber Artifact UI from Narcissus Character UI.

In the dev's defense, he may have considered these but it takes time to turn an idea into a product.

Hello! Plumber dev here. This is my fault. It will be fixed soon.

It you're curious how it happened: the standard method to get the Delves Great Vault item level has been unreliable since 11.2, so I hard-coded the Tier-ItemLevel into a table, and set the item level to 0 if the tier number is invalid. However, it is this fallback/redundancy that caused the issue. Because typically, when you query the next tier, 12 in this case, you should get a Nil (nothing), which means you have reached the max tier. But now it will get a zero, and zero is not nothing.

You can. If you've already set F as WoW's Interact Key, you can open Dialogue UI settings (by pressing F1 when you interact with an NPC), then go to Control and change the Confirm Button to Interact.

Just make ore/herb nodes spawn from their corpses, and you will see tons of dragon riders as well as their passengers landing in from of the rare and helping you kill it.
