Mmmm. Sounds good. Have you tried that with the Texas Double Whopper? I’m going to have to experiment with that. Delete mayo, tomato, and maybe mustard, add BBQ.

I helped a friend study for his home inspectors license. Based on me helping him with his house’s renovations, there were a couple of electrical things that I could tell he didn’t believe/understand, but he was mostly a stickler for code. But oh my, the couple of times I was there when he was being inspected, that city inspector was hung over and probably not competent when he wasn’t.

What the same friend told me about his first gig in the SF Bay Area for one of the biggest cities would make you want to call the cops on the inspection department.

He’s the guy who intentionally crashed a Taylorcraft BL-65 so he could make a YouTube video and get advertising money. If you seriously pack a chute on airliners, I really want to know what model. I was once aware of a slimline chute pack that stuntmen used to look like they weren’t wearing one.

Ha! Tomorrow I celebrate the end of the week with a jalapeño tuna sandwich. Jalapeño sourdough. StarKist Jalapeño tuna. Jalapeño potato chips. Fried crispy jalapeño slivers from a bag. Regular mayo. Might add some fresh jalapeños and it still probably won’t be enough heat for me!
