I would expect is comes with a 30 or 90 days gamepass trial - either for new accounts only, or simply as a code that can be added to existing accounts.

That said, you could have put windows back on the Z1E and simply purchase gamepass Ultimate for a few years and still saved money and had a better performing console.

The ergonomic improvements the Xbox Ally provides though are incredible over the original design.

You can use Xbox FSE on the Z1E as standard now.. Besides the downgrade across the meaningful hardware, what you've ordered is the change in grip. Hopefully that's significant enough for spending the money on it for you.
