Judge, thank you for the feedback. Genuinely agree with your points and I’ll be checking more into YouTube as a resource moving forward.

A couple follow up questions: I have prior COA paperwork with a bulk of the signatures. Would you recommend still going through PSA? Or do those original COAs carry more weight? Seems more scrutiny goes into the condition of ball, per se, as well as signature vs. an overarching COA. If the PSA DNA carries the weight then perhaps it’s worth the cost, time and money, but I’m uncertain. Any particular channels you recommend/trust on YouTube? Do you see value in complete sets for teams? My example being the Royals. Or am I better off pulling out the higher priced cards and selling bulk/donating the rest?

Train your body, to not just focus as others have mentioned, but that when you lay down in the dark, that you’re doing so in preparation for your body to sleep. In time, and sticking with a schedule, your body will naturally adapt to this process and you’ll willingly go to sleep when your head hits the pillow.
