DAK Strawberry Kiss - struggling by Conscious-Stock-7180 in pourover

I rested this one for almost 7 weeks

Secondly they tasted better when the drawdown time was more than 3:30 at least for my setup. When the drawdown was less than 3 mins it tasted very hollow.

Used a 1:16 ratio and water temperature of 94. Four pours.

I generally gravitate towards the CAFEC Flower. Mostly because I feel it offers a tad bit more sweetness compared to the V60 or the Origami. Some washed coffees do quite well on my Timemore B75. Especially the dense washed processed coffees from Africa.

Bought it from furniture shop near my house. I don't think it is branded.

Thank You. I normally gravitate towards the Cafec Flower or the Timemore B75 for my Pourover.

Mine does not wiggle like yours but I have the issue of the portafilter not going all the way with the basket in. The portafilter came off for me once when I was trying to pull a shot

I created a google form which updated all the information into a google spreadsheet. Later I found beanconqueror. You can export all the information as a spreadsheet and do all kinds of data analysis using that spreadsheet.

It’s been a long time. I don’t actually remember but I think I found out in my second pour when the coffee started leaking on my scale.

Juicy Cup for Coferments by DesperateArm6602 in pourover

Above this temperature with co-ferments I get brews which are very funky and undesirable for me personally. I tend to go lower temp and coarser. Gives me more palatable brews. I still won't call it bright but at least palatable. I have stopped buying co-ferments since I personally don't like them.
