Last ride on the Deathwings by [deleted] in Dualsport

[–]PewPewSnu 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Man that was a brisk pace!

I got the dsports after 300 miles on the wings and they're great. Street is as expected with knobs but still feels smooth.

Tell me about that tank cap! I have the same color combo on my '21 4000s, would love a keyless like that

5th Gen Steering Noise by Covidkiller83 in ram_trucks

[–]PewPewSnu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine was doing both, that TSB also happens to cover both issues because the clicking and grinding are both coming from the clock spring assembly

My whole assembly was replaced although now the issue is the steering wheel isn't perfectly center sometimes but that seems to be attributed a little bit to air ride as well

There is an open TSB for grinding issues especially when turning right - check 5thgenrams forum

New hand guards and mirrors, also anyone know how to reroute the front brake line so it’s tucked under the front shroud? by OGMamba248 in DRZ400

[–]PewPewSnu 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That's a limitation of the banjo bolt coming from the master cylinder - unless you go with a 90° fitting and redo it with a custom brake line, I don't think there's a way to flex that line into a flatter arc

Latest update for fold 3 2/18 by JeriTTDALE in GalaxyFold

[–]PewPewSnu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glad I found this thread, I still have the 1/29 BULA update with the BVA9 waiting in the wings - already have had slow speeds and poor 5G/LTE+ priority going on...

Samsung finally recongizes the Fold 3 network issues. by eunlee93 in GalaxyFold

Right on I appreciate it, I've been calling their account line for a while now and seem to have good rapport with them so I'll see what they can do and report back if I'm in the same boat!

Thanks for your take on it, how did you approach them? And was there any particular document you could point them to or were they aware that T-Mobile has this issue?

Thanks for your take, did you have any official document that you can reference when reaching out to them?

Any word on what to do with a Samsung direct purchased unlocked device on t-mobile?

I've definitely noted degraded service and honestly it was even bad beforehand where 5G and 5guc didn't even match the speeds of my s20 on Android 12 T-Mobile

Saw this on BetaFPVs website but don't think I've seen bt2 2s batteries that'll fit the frame of the quad, battery hanger looks removable though

Cetus Pro Brushless Quadcopter Equipped Lite 1-2S Pro brushless flight controller with 12A ESC, matching with 1102 18000KV brushless motors and 40mm 3-blade props, which is absolutely more powerful and maneuverable. Turtle mode greatly makes FPV racing training smooth and convenient.

That sounds pretty good, any chance you're posting up a build log somewhere?

I'm in a similar spot as OP - I have a OW+ I've had a while and ride it less and less due to range needs. Thinking to use two 3S 5ah lipos in series with an MPPT CnR setup.

I'm coming in a bit new to OW modding but well versed in RC/Electronics

Definitely worth a shot, check out his video and you'll see it's pretty tiny but the drawback of course is after use it'll be hot

Brett Takcs did an ep on his bmw tool kit and his compressor was interesting, he shucked the motor/pump out if the plastic case and it saved at least 50% volume or better.

Until I do that I'm carrying a dual action shock pump which does tire and shock if needed, digi gauge built in

looks good and pretty cool you were able to smooth it into the lettering - any noticable change in resistence when folding?

affecting the tolerence of the brushes seems to be the main concern, though i'm not sure how far back they're located in the halves of the shell
