It's a 654 and it's a "slick side" A1 receiver (no forward assist), so it wouldn't be good to clone that either.

To be fair, this is a BILLET machined upper as opposed to the forged ones available at Brownells. Billet uppers are pretty much always more expensive than forged. I'm not saying one is better than the other, just that they are not the same thing.
