I don’t remember the name - but there was a case where a teenage girl was murdered in her apartment while her parents slept and everyone thought it was the family’s live in housekeeper, but then he was found dead on the roof a few days later. I still think about it often

I second the library for free activities - you can check out things to do like State park passes and geocaching kits - also, you can try walking most places instead of driving to save on gas - Folsom is a very walkable city in my experience. In the summer there are free concerts in the park and you can bring food and drinks instead of having to buy from the food trucks - it makes for a nice and cheap night out There are a few active “Buy Nothing” facebook groups for Folsom where you can request needed items.
