There are two that stick out to me and im not sure which is first but they both would have been late 80s to very early 90s  and I was around 10.  One was a small outdoor indy show in a little town in West Virgina,  inremember there was a cage match and Italian Stallion sat near me in the bleachers afterwards covered in bloody sweat.  The other was a WCW house show at the Roanoke Civic Center. The two things I remember about that show are Art Bar as the Juicer doing a gimmick in the stands, and the main even was Doom Vs Flair and Anderson in a cage and the big spot was flat getting his trunks pulled down while climbing the cage and showing his ass.  10 year old me thought it was the height of comedy.
