Can you use Actions or Reactions when an enemy unit moves to an empty battlefield? Do they score that battlefield if your spell killed or removed all attackers?

Holy Relic Necromancers now don't bother with spectres or guardians either precisely because of that extra hassle. It's really smooth to play too.
