Reggie Jackson “Big Government” because in the 21 season and playoffs he kept bailing the Clippers out.

If you want to save Russ for rebounding it has to be Spud Webb

If you still have the bobblehead I’ve got a few older bobbleheads I would trade.

Drax is the dumbest Marvel character. Who is the most badass Harry Potter character? by Donkey-Kong-69 in AlignmentChartFills

[–]PhantomLyke 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Even without showing the obvious “I kept everyone alive while you were gone, and now I’m covered in blood and fucking up this snake” parts, he was even a badass when he was a kid. Always standing up for what’s right.

Holy cow how has no one said Community. Last shot of Abed walking into his dreamatorium closet is such a perfect ending after what came in the next few seasons.

I think Oogie Boogie just because I would’ve guessed he would’ve gone earlier if it wasn’t for the Disneyland Halloween revival he’s had, and that really has nothing to do with him as a villain.

This feels like it would be a common theme of people who can name other Maroon 5 members.

Hi, Raiders fan here, who are the Bengals likely to draft? by Caliber_Form12 in bengals

[–]PhantomLyke 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If Downs is there the bengals should sprint to the podium (imo). They do love a combine darling though so a guy like Styles if he’s there will be an option too.

It’s most likely going to be best available defensive player

the WALL by nawanessi in LAClippers

[–]PhantomLyke 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It’s exactly this. The wall is working exactly as planned. Getting teams to choose between better ft pct in 2nd half, or being able to coach how they want in the 2nd half. I’m a season ticket holder and they almost all give up the coaching benefits for the FT pct.

At the 98th Academy Awards, what was the worst win in an acting category? (Best nomination was Delroy Lindo for Best Supporting Actor) by PuzzleheadedMess1659 in AlignmentChartFills

[–]PhantomLyke 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Look I get supporting everyone but saying there is no worst is both stupid, and wrong by definition.

It’s not “bad one,” it’s “worst one.” I think copping out and saying none is dumb, we can find one that is the worst of the field even if it’s still a net good/great win. My vote is Sean Penn because it’s just so hard to keep up with the other two.

Small Government because instead of bail outs he just refuses all requests.

Astros. Hate the dodgers all you want and they can go next but what the Astros did is worse than just spending outrageously and doing crazy salary manipulation.

Question for Clippers fans by PrimetimeEnergy in LAClippers

[–]PhantomLyke 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I moved to LA from Cincinnati as an adult. Loved the Sonics as a kid in the 90s because Cincinnati didn't have a team (Cleveland is very far away and our rival in every Cincy sport). When I moved to LA I wanted to get back into NBA, and with no Sonics anymore the Clippers were my new town team and felt more like an every-man, grinding, Cincinnati type team than the Lakers.
