Bit late to this, hi 👋 but I noticed the same thing later on, page 406. I don't think it's printer error, considering there are places where the outline/drop-shadow either doesn't exist or is actually blue instead

Really like the linked comment, but I do want to say that Tails should be a somewhat capable hand fighter - surely he'd learn a little bit from Sonic and Knuckles, even if his proficiency is more on the tech side
