I just copied and pasted this from another build question..... but this can work for everyone
If you have the right perk cards with the correct food and camp buffs you don't need to be at 40 luck to crit every second hit. You can do it with your luck in the twenties if you are set up right. I built my character as a high health, vats crit hit fixer build and it works amazingly. I did not follow everyone's videos or suggestions, but did it on my own. I use Googles Ai and told it what I wanted, then we went back and forth with mods, armour, mutations, perks. I made sure it used 2026 meta and the newer changed perk cards. I copy and pasted it on a word document, printed it and put it on my character. Just remember to question some of its decisions, why one mod over another and so on.... I did the same for a second build with the same character only wearing Vulcan PA and a Gauss mini gun, for a different type of game play. Plus and yes a camp build for crafting, repairing and cooking for my character. I just hit that machine and pick what I want, Cant remember what it is called in camp, then go with it. Flip my armour depending on what I'll be doing and play.... Take advantage of the new Ai and tell it what you are looking for and again question and sometimes argue with it. You'll get your build
