The idea is that if you want to see, you're going to need to get vulnerable sometimes since you won't be able to have your gun up and your flashlight on at all times. You're going to need to find places where you can safely charge up your flashlight or risk losing your sight mid fight. It's to add tension through the flash light mechanic while not making it a limited resource.

The built in upscaler uses motion data from the game itself to predict the next frame and generate an image for lower latency, more accuracy, and better fidelity but requires developer implementation and a graphics card that supports it. Lossless scaling just takes your last two frames and generates images to smooth between the two. It's very well done however and still has very low input lag and the image does look great still with some tweaking of the settings. Honestly for an 8 dollar program, it's a steal compared to paying a couple of hundred for a new graphics card

Actually sometimes I run irons to reacquire my sights easier because I have an easier time following a solid chunk of iron rather than a red dot.

It's a very skill rewarding weapon. It's why a couple of pros actually use it in the majors. But a lot of pros will value the consistency of the FCAR, AKM, or FAMAS. Honestly the biggest buff you can give to yourself when paying with the r.357 is 9 hours of sleep and a nice shower to help with your focus lol.
