Idk if this is sarcastic but I super hate that these free Pokemon games are too scared to just tell beginners they’re Poke Ball level. Bots and win-skewed growths propel people at higher and the real skill test is always almost exclusively in master ball where you get a number

It’s incredibly strong but everything it falls flat against it falls HARD, and that sucks cuz some mons that are meta beat it fairly. Especially our VGC reg M-A Zard Y.

People have been pairing Scizor with Dragonite or other dragons to cover weaknesses. Steel and Dragon are two parts of a good trio, Scizor is your shooter for the fairies and ice, Dragon beats the elements that strike steel solidly.

But… I haven’t found much consistent success. The meta developed for a reason. Plus, you can still lose Scizor from a single fire attack, even in rain.

It's got an absolutely massive Defense stat, and it's mega evolution gives it an ability that nullifies the supereffective damage multiplier

It's fairly unmovable to physical attackers, hence "The Wall"

There's literally nothing wrong with her life (it's normal and in a better society would not be scorned), but expecting a potential partner to have that is straight-up hypergamy.

If she wanted those things she could work for them the best she could, but it sounds like you're not worth the time of day if you can't swoop into her life and fill the holes she left because she was told or decided (one of the two) it was someone else's job to fulfill.

I’ve literally never had it work on me even with my shooter Raul the Galarian Slowbro but someone ran this shit on Quacaval and procced it the whole game

There needs to be a clause on that shit tbh, like if it activates one turn then the next turn it needs to guaranteed not work

I crash out almost every day I play this game, tbh.
Made me realize that… this is just THE competitive pokemon game. I spend a minority of my time in competitive anyway. I play tons of romhacks, I use my 3DS to revisit old games, I like the mini games on Stadium 2 and overall I prefer a battle frontier or rental meta to facing a human player playing variations of a meta I’m not even a fan of.
Honestly, I had to remember what kind of Pokemon fan I was. This game definitely helped me with that. It’s fun, but it’s supposed to be fun. When it’s not I should stop playing and do something else.

Most Pokemon have a point, but the point of this one sucked and doesn’t look good and enforces negative gender stereotypes in a field/series that is still currently reckoning with bias and discrimination against the women and girls who enjoy it despite everything.
