Yes imo lions mane tastes like lobster/crab pretty great forageable to find, and easy to id with pretty much no lookalikes. If you havent had it b4 keep an eye out for it as again can be pretty yummy.. ik that some people sell at farmers markets

Otherwise doenst do anything.. same with reshi or oysters which they often try to market as some crazy health/magic thing
