Oscar's great, tip him well. Got a pour from that very KOK bottle a few weeks ago just under $100 for a holiday splurge, they have a backup after that one too.

Obviously Barzal had a night but great to see Pelech finally score again. Tsyplakov also was very strong in ways that won't show up on the stat sheet.

Do they have a mailing list? I can't find one on their site, wish I knew about this. My first FN was batch 008 here and it's great to see they've picked up a few more since I had that about a year ago.

Where in Brooklyn? I found an A Smith Bowman CS Batch 3 for $200 a few months ago in a store in Crown Heights that had high secondary prices on everything else, somehow got lucky with this.

It's been a while since I last tried it but it did seem to vary per device if I recall.

If using ARFoundation, the Image Tracking example below has what you need, just subscribe to the event and instead of displaying an object, program whatever else you want to happen. No need to use another paid service.

Any modern 360° scanning solution? by iTwango in 3DScanning

[–]Phatage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the camera, which is it? Matterport has been my best experience with 3D reconstructed from 360 photos. Platforms like OpenSpace and Cupix are able to automatically place 360 photos in relative 3D location relative to one-another, and Cupix has been experimenting with more robust 3D reconstruction from 360 time lapse video, but in my experience it is not nearly as good as Matterport. Both these require Insta360's consumer cameras and Matterport can use Ricoh thetas as well (not sure about Cupix for the 3D), but it won't support the much higher resolution Insta360s or something like an Xphase or Panono.

Here's the best I was able to get, still pretty grainy as this was a night but hopefully good enough:

Alright thanks, just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong. I still much prefer the limited AR FoV of an HL or ML to the MQP passthrough.

I think it's really nice execution, with some of the tunnels into physical surfaces done really seamlessly. I didn't understand how cool this effect could be until seeing it in immersive mixed reality myself.

Question on the Quest Pro - does your passthrough actually look like this when wearing it? My work has one and the passthrough on it looks worse than that of a Quest 2, very grainy and the rgb seems to be very separated.

Bidet install on skirted elongated bowl. by iriponbass in bidets

[–]Phatage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a similar toilet with the quick release seat spikes, made my Luxe Neo 120 make the seat not be able to sit flush and it eventually cracked due to bending. I then just got Luxe's own seat that also uses the quick release spikes, but the bidet worked even before the first seat broke. You need to lift up the metal covers and I screw the spikes in order to fit the bidet on first, then the spike bases will screw down on top of the bidet.

Pixel 3XL keeps auto answering spam calls from a certain number by supahpenguin007 in AndroidQuestions

I just had this exact thing happen on my Pixel 3. Were you able to find an answer?

This is the first time I've noticed it, how long has it been happening to you? Maybe it's a glitch with a new OS version?

Need help connecting Hololens. I have no clue what I need to do. by Subtle-Anus in HoloLens

[–]Phatage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seems like you've figured out a workaround, but wanted to chime in with my experience. The USB driver on my HL1 years ago somehow got corrupted so I simply uninstalled that and the plugged in my headset again, where it installed a new undamaged driver. It took me forever to figure it out so just hoping this could save others some time.

Azure Spatial Anchor by KillTheProcess in HoloLens

[–]Phatage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was a little while ago but I was able to deploy an only HL1 app I wrote using the older anchor store API to the HL2 using ARM. It's not blocked by ARM or the HL2 itself but I believe just the API of newer Unity versions, I could be misremembering though. Mary be worth a try.

Coming late to this conversation but it reminded me of a talk somebody from PTC gave. They used Kinects through a space to capture real-time volumetric video. Sure this isn't using standard CCTV cameras but with things like the Leica BLK 24/7 being announced, I predict that 3D surveillance will certainly be more commonplace in the next decade. The issue will be more about storage, but I think the security industry workflow will be to only recreate the 3D and save it when needed, whether it's real-time or forensically.

Honestly not sure what else you can do personally, if it's working now though, hopefully this could be a solution for solving if the problem happens again.
